Refund Timeline
We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase. This complies with legal requirements in the UK. However, our sincere hope is that you'll love your SWAGA SHIRTS, and we encourage you to think of refunds as a last resort as refunds will impact the support we can give to our projects.
Eligibility for Refund
We prioritize your satisfaction, but please note that refunds will only be processed for faulty items and the shirt must be returned to us in the condition it was received. The buyer is responsible for shipping the return. If the fault is upheld, we will refund your return postage costs. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or any reasons other than product defects.
Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be faulty. No refunds will be processed until the item is returned in its original unworn condition, including all tags, and in the original packaging.
Refund Process
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer support team at hello@swagashirts.com within 14 days.
Return Authorisation: We will guide you through the return authorization process. Do not return any items without contacting us first.
Return the Item: Ship the faulty item back to us in its original condition and packaging to the address we will provide to you. We kindly request that customers bear the responsibility for return postage costs, but if the item is confirmed as faulty we will refund the return postage cost to you.
Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the reported fault.
Refund Processing: If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
-Items returned in worn condition, without tags, or not in the original packaging.
-Items outside the 14-day refund period.
-Items not purchased directly from SWAGA SHIRTS.
Exchange
Please check the size chart before ordering as we cannot be responsible for you ordering the incorrect size as the costs of exchanges impact our projects. We will only consider an exchange if the product is faulty.
